ScaleAwayA222 concentrate is a sulphite/polymer/amine blend designed to reduce corrosion, scale formation and fouling in boiler systems.
Features:
Scale prevention, corrosion prevention, antifoam and sludge dispersant.
Suitable for use in most food and institutional applications.
Suitable for soft feed water applications, but can also be used with limited hardness in feed water.
Includes condensate line protection.
Single drum product.
Passivation of active corrosion by the formation of an iron tannate film.
Application:
Normal dose rate to feed water:
Dilute concentrate at 10:1 to 20:1 depending on feed water temperature.
Control:
20 – 60 ppm sulphite in boiler water.

For precise dosing control, an ACDS water treatment system is recommended. ScaleAwayA222 can be dosed directly from the drum or other suitable
container, provided accurate dosing coupled with a regular documented process is maintained.
Recommended Usage:
ScaleAwayA222 concentrate can be used in conjunction with most other water treatment products, but should not be dosed into the same line as other products as this may lead to
blockages in the line.
