While this customer's heat transfer was very inefficient, he contacted us just in time to save the oil cooler.
Once the equipment is too blocked for our descaling chemicals to circulate, the equipment needs to be taken out of production, oil drained and the oil cooler sent to our workshop for intensive cleaning or even worse - component replacement!

Obvious expense - Cost of new equipment
Passive expense - Downtime on production, damage to viscosity of machine oil, loss of earnings etc...
