ScaleAwayHibiPhos HPAA ScaleAwayHibiPhos HPAA concentrate is mainly used as a corrosion inhibitor in cooling & boiler water treatment equipment and pipelines. ScaleAwayHibiPhos HPAA concentrate has the best corrosion inhibiting ability among phosphonates, suitable for high-corrosion water, it is compatible with zinc salt, has good heat-stability, high temperature resistance up to 200 deg.C and also contains lower phosphorus, which has a lower impact on the environment. ScaleAwayHibiPhos HPAA concentrate is also used as cathode corrosion inhibitor in refill water system in fields such as steel and iron, petrochemcal, power plant and medical industries. When built with zinc salt, the effect is even better. ScaleAwayHibiPhos HPAA concentrate is chemically stable, hard to be hydrolyzed, hard to be destroyed by acid or alkali, safety in use, no toxicity, no pollution. ScaleAwayHPAA concentrate can also improve zinc solubility. Its corrosion inhibition ability is 5-8 times better than that of competitive inhibitors when built with low molecular polymers.
